The Prosecutor's Office is seeking a two-year prison sentence for a former government official for the environmental authorization of the Moncada cement plant.

The Prosecutor's Office is requesting two years in prison for Emili Dragone, former head of Environmental Quality and Climate Change of the Generalitat, for having allegedly irregularly endorsed in 2015 the environmental authorization of the Lafarge cement plant in Montcada i Reixac, according to the qualification advanced by The Newspaper.
