On August 20, the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) arrested a 53-year-old man in La Seu d'Urgell, allegedly for causing public disorder, manufacturing and possessing explosives, and breaching a sentence. During the summer of 2025, the man planted two devices, which failed to detonate.
