The mayors of Roda de Berà, Pere Virgili, and El Vendrell, Kenneth Martínez, have called for structural actions to reduce the impact of heavy rains like those this weekend on the Costa Daurada and have pointed to the train tracks as a barrier that hinders the water's exit to the sea.
