The Catalan Parliament has given the green light to the processing of the Popular Legislative Initiative (PLI) that seeks to guarantee the financing of the Catalan education system at least 6% of GDP. The initiative passed the full debate this Wednesday, after the plenary session rejected Vox's amendment.
