The Government activates the alert for intense and persistent rains throughout the weekend

Civil Protection has activated the alert phase of the Special Emergency Plan for Floods in Catalonia (Inuncat) in anticipation of a weekend with intense and persistent rain in many parts of the country, which may cause sudden flooding of rivers, streams and ravines.
