The Girona Court orders the psychiatric confinement of a man who killed his mother believing she was a hitman

The Girona Court has ordered the psychiatric internment of the man who stabbed his mother to death in July 2022 in Maçanet de la Selva. The court has acquitted him of the crime because it considers that his mental disorder exempts him from criminal responsibility.
