A coach has fatally struck a woman in Empuriabrava. The driver was arrested by the Castelló d'Empúries Local Police after undergoing breathalyzer and drug tests, according to ACN. The victim, 42, was a teacher at the El Bruel School Institute in Empuriabrava.
