The Catalan legal profession proposes offering incentives for speaking Catalan in court-appointed lawyers' trials.

The Catalan Bar Council has proposed that legal aid professionals who use Catalan in trials be given a bonus, as is already done with procedural documents submitted in Catalan, with a supplement of 25 euros.
