The Barcelona Ombudsman's Office will examine the state of soup kitchens.

The Barcelona Ombudsman's Office is launching an ex officio investigation to determine the conditions under which the municipal soup kitchen service is provided. The agency will visit all such centers in the city, accompanied by a service user.
