A state-run scheme for buying and selling stolen cell phones is brought down.

The National Police have dismantled a high-end mobile phone scam across Spain. Four people have been arrested, three in Madrid and one in Fuengirola, and up to 17 people are under investigation in Girona, Madrid, Alicante, Málaga, Seville, Almería, Granada, Jaén, and Cádiz.
