Ripoll becomes the first city to conduct driving tests outside the DGT headquarters

Ripoll has become the first city without the headquarters of the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) and to resume theoretical driving tests after losing them due to the pandemic. The tests are carried out with computers and this makes them more accessible and makes it easier for them to be taken in Catalan.
