No respite in León: wildfires force the evacuation of another 300 residents

The situation in Castile and León remains tense due to the fires that have threatened the region for two weeks. Two new fires and the rekindling of a third, all in León, have forced the evacuation of 300 residents. In total, eleven fires are burning in the region, the hardest hit, with 250,000 hectares burned.
