Another gender-based crime: a man kills his partner in Hospitalet de Llobregat

The crime took place in the early hours of the morning after a fight in the apartment where they both lived.

The alleged gender-based crime occurred early this morning in the apartment where they both lived, specifically on Santa Eulàlia Street, as reported by the police. Upon arrival, they found the woman's lifeless body, bearing signs of violence. The man, the victim's partner, was arrested near the scene, according to a statement from the Mossos. Sources close to the victim, quoted by the Catalan News Agency (ACN), explained that the woman was of Colombian origin and had been living in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat for two years. They also stated that the apartment, where she lived with her alleged murderer, was shared with two other women. According to the agency, there was no prior criminal record between the couple. The woman has three daughters.
