The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) have arrested a man with several prior convictions for the violent theft of a luxury watch in Barcelona's Ciutat Vella district. According to police sources, the watch was a Patek Philippe, and the preliminary appraisal indicates its value is around €100,000.
