Man arrested for the murder of his partner in Basauri, in the Basque Country

The Ertzaintza (Basque autonomous police) has arrested this Friday a 45-year-old man for his alleged involvement in the violent death of his partner, a 44-year-old woman, which occurred on Wednesday in a home in the Biscayan town of Basauri. The case is being investigated as gender-based violence.
