Man arrested for attempting to take two minors during the Santa Tecla festivities

The Tarragona Urban Guard arrested a 37-year-old man this Wednesday for attempting to take two minors in the center of Tarragona while an event for the Santa Tecla festivities was taking place, as reported by El Caso and confirmed by police sources to the ACN.
