New shooting in Catalonia: a man ends up with a bullet wound in the leg in Sabadell
The Mossos also investigate an exchange of bullets in Viladecans
BarcelonaThe Mossos d'Esquadra are investigating two new shootings in Catalonia within a few hours. The latter of the two occurred last night in Sabadell. Specifically, according to sources consulted by ARA, one person was injured in the leg by a bullet. For now, everything points to a fight between two family clans in the city.
This Wednesday night another shooting took place in Viladecans. Police sources have confirmed to ARA that, when the officers arrived at the scene, they found "several bullet casings on the ground" but no trace of the perpetrators of the shots, nor any injured person.
According to the digital publication El Caso, the shooting began when two high-end vehicles approached the bar's terrace and opened fire. They then allegedly sped off to the C-32. The cars, the digital outlet reports, had German and Spanish license plates. According to sources consulted by ARA, before all this, there would have been a fight on the same terrace between groups that would have led to the subsequent shooting.
The Mossos d'Esquadra have not wanted to give details, for now, about the number of casings found on the ground or the caliber of the bullets. The case is now under investigation to find the perpetrators and determine if the shots were aimed at any person with the intention of injuring them, or if they were simply intimidating.
