"Human scum from Morocco": Albiol so qualifies a thief who tried to rob an elderly woman in Badalona

The mayor of Badalona, Xavier García Albiol, has published an image on X of a suspected thief who allegedly tried to mug an 80-year-old woman in the Llefià neighborhood. In a text accompanying the photo, he described the man as "human scum who came from Morocco" and stated that he has been arrested.
