Fugitive wanted by Italy who led a drug cartel arrested

The National Police have arrested in Vilanova i la Geltrú a fugitive wanted by the Italian authorities for allegedly leading Nettuno, a drug cartel. The arrested man coordinated drug shipments and distributed them among buyers of Nigerian origin, using violent methods and threats.
