ERC makes Barcelona's budget conditional on creating a tourism, housing, and Catalan return fund.

The ERC municipal group at Barcelona City Council has conditioned the processing of the 2026 budget on proposals such as creating a €10 million tourism return fund, increasing the housing budget by more than 30%, and increasing the allocation for Catalan to €7 million.
