The Federation of Driving Schools of Catalonia (FAC) has demanded "immediate solutions" from the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT) for the 85,645 students awaiting their driving test in Catalonia due to a shortage of examiners. FAC President Raül Viladrich described the situation as a "collapse."
