Delays of up to 30 minutes on commuter trains between Reus and Vila-seca

Morning delays on the commuter trains. The problems are concentrated in Tarragona: trains on lines R14 and R16 are running this Friday morning with delays of up to 30 minutes on average between the stations of Reus and Vila-Seca.
