Civil Protection has warned that very intense local downpours may occur across the entire Catalan coast and pre-coastal area starting tonight and early tomorrow morning, lasting for about 24 hours. Rainfall may exceed 40 liters per square meter in 30 minutes and 90 or even 150 in three hours.
