Since early Thursday morning, the National Police and the Civil Guard have deployed a operation on the Trampolín beach in Ceuta to evict the migrants who were sleeping there and transfer them to the new reception spaces set up by the Spanish government. The agents are informing them and trying to convince them to leave the beach and move to the centers, according to sources from the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations.
The executive has temporarily set up two spaces with capacity for 1,800 people, those of Loma Margarita and El Embolsamiento, and plans to progressively increase their capacity as the adaptation work on the other planned locations is completed.
