Barcelona will distribute 2,000 packs of dog waste bags in dog-infested areas.

Barcelona City Council will distribute 2,000 packages of dog waste bags in areas with high dog traffic, as part of an intensive effort to reduce uncivil behavior. They will be distributed by 16 information agents who will travel to different locations throughout the city on July 21 and 22.
