Barcelona's Ombudsman asks to review 388 tourist apartment licenses in Ciutat Vella

The Barcelona Ombudsman has asked the Ciutat Vella district to check whether the 388 licences for tourist accommodation (HUT) granted in a "fraudulent" manner between 2005 and 2007 are null and void.
