The Barcelona Ombudsman's Office warned on Monday that bike lanes must continue to be removed from sidewalks, as they pose a risk to pedestrians. Sidewalks should be kept clear of obstacles to allow space for pedestrians, who are the natural users, according to the ombudsman.
