Barcelona City Council will once again do without the nativity scene in Sant Jaume Square.

Barcelona City Council has ruled out restoring the Nativity scene in Plaça Sant Jaume and will repeat last year's plan, with a Nativity scene inside City Hall. This was announced by the Councilor for Culture, Xavier Marcé, who explained that they decided to do so because it is "what best serves the purpose."
