The mayors of Barcelona and Hospitalet, Jaume Collboni and David Quirós, signed a "historic" agreement this Friday that should serve to advance security, housing and transport and to promote strategic projects at the metropolitan and national level such as the new Clínic or the Biomedical cluster.
