An inmate at the Ponent Penitentiary Centre was found dead this Tuesday morning after committing suicide, according to a complaint filed by the SICAP-FEPOL union and confirmed by justice sources to the ACN. The union explains that he was found unconscious, hanging from the coat racks in the shower area.
