An infrastructure incident between Fabra i Puig and El Clot stations in Barcelona has grounded commuter lines R1, R2, R2 Nord, R3, R4, and R7. The stoppage lasted about fifteen minutes, but an hour later, delays of about 20 minutes were still being recorded.
