600 euro fines for scooter users who commit violations in Badalona

Badalona will be able to fine scooter riders who commit violations up to 600 euros, according to the municipality's new vehicle ordinance. The text, which regulates the use of these vehicles, will come into effect soon, once it is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona.
