The Supreme Court indicts a PSOE senator for proposing his wife, also from the party, as a justice of the peace

The Supreme Court has agreed to open a case, following a complaint from the Prosecutor's Office, against PSOE senator Alfonso Carlos Moscoso for proposing his wife, a member of the same party, as a justice of the peace.
