The Supreme Court asks the European Parliament to suspend Alvise Pérez's immunity to investigate him for coercion

The Supreme Court has sent a request for authorization to the European Parliament so that it suspends the immunity of MEP Alvise Pérez, the leader of S'ha Acabat La Festa, in order to investigate him for an alleged crime of coercion or threats against the mayor of Algeciras, José Ignacio Landaluce.
