The Minister of Territorial Policy, Víctor Torres, requested more time for the one-off financing agreed upon between the ERC and the PSC. He stated that negotiations are currently ongoing, as the Bilateral Commission between the State and the Generalitat (Catalan Government) must finalize the agreement this June.
