The Spanish government does not rule out pardoning the former attorney general before the elections

"I do not rule it out". This has been the response from Pedro Sánchez, in an interview with Eldiario.es, regarding the possibility that his government might approve, before the elections, a pardon for former Attorney General Álvaro García Ortiz –disqualified by the Supreme Court for disclosure of information.
