The Seville Court of Appeals agrees to refer the Constitutional Court's rulings on the EREs to the CJEU to avoid the "risk of impunity."

The Seville Court has agreed to raise a preliminary question before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) after The Constitutional Court partially upheld the appeals of a dozen former senior officials of the Andalusian Government for the ERE case and overturned the sentences.
