The Public Prosecutor's Office requests the Court of Auditors to apply the amnesty

The Court of Auditors has opened a period of reflection before deciding whether to accept the ECJ's ruling on the amnesty. For this reason, it has requested the opinion of the parties involved in the case. The Public Prosecutor's Office has already replied, urging it to apply the amnesty and stating that it is improper not to apply it.
