The Prosecutor's Office demands that the Ministry of Justice provide "comprehensive reparations" to former judge Garzón.

The National Court Prosecutor's Office has asked the court to urge the Spanish Ministry of Justice to provide "full reparation" to former judge Baltasar Garzón, considering that his fundamental rights were violated by the eleven-year ban on his performance for malfeasance.
