The PP's Councilor for Culture in Madrid, Mariano Paco, made controversial statements about the heat problems in Madrid classrooms during the plenary session of the Madrid Assembly. "I did my EGB in Murcia and, when it's hot, it's hot... And here I am and nothing happens," he joked amidst laughter.
