The PP attacks Zapatero's role as mediator

PP spokesman Juan Fernández has criticized former Spanish president José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero for acting as a mediator with Junts leader Carles Puigdemont: "This duo is deciding Spain's future with a process of constitutional change through the back door."
