The judge who prosecuted Sánchez's brother asks to be an accusation in the Leire Díez case

Magistrate Beatrid Biedma, who investigated and proposed putting David Sánchez, brother of the Spanish president, on trial, has requested to be a private prosecutor in the Leire Díez case, regarding the alleged plot to attempt to boycott judicial cases affecting the PSOE or the state executive.
