The judge suspends Errejón's summons pending the Madrid Court's decision

The judge has suspended the summons for Íñigo Errejón to be notified that he will be tried for alleged sexual abuse of Elisa Mouliaá. The magistrate thus sides with the defense of the former spokesperson for Sumar and will now await the Madrid Provincial Court's decision on whether the case should proceed to trial.
