The judge prosecutes Ayuso's boyfriend for tax fraud and forgery.
This is the preliminary step to the trial against Alberto González Amador.

The judge investigating Alberto González Amador, partner of the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has charged him with tax fraud and document forgery, reports the Efe news agency. The judge of Madrid's 19th Investigative Court, Inmaculada Iglesias, has transformed the preliminary proceedings into an abbreviated procedure, within the framework of the main part of her investigation into González Amador and four other people for alleged tax fraud of 350,951 euros and document forgery.
This decision ends the investigation and is the preliminary step towards the trial against the businessman and Ayuso's partner for the first case for which he is being investigated. Specifically, the case relates to possible fraud against the Treasury in two fiscal years. Both González Amador and the other four suspects are listed as sole directors of companies that had issued up to 15 invoices that the Tax Agency detected as false. With these fictitious expenses, which would have served to hide extraordinary profits obtained during the pandemic, Ayuso's boyfriend would have avoided paying €350,951 in corporate tax to the Treasury.
González Amador remains charged with business corruption and malpractice in another case still being investigated by the same court. The Madrid regional government framed the prosecution of Ayuso's partner as an attempt by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez to "cover up his scandals" by dragging out the matter. According to sources close to the Madrid leader, speaking to Europa Press, this is yet another example of the "state apparatus against Ayuso." They believe the only new development is that "they want to drag out the news." "The judge—who is the same one who handled the Nacho Cano case—has decided to kick the can down the road, since she's retiring. She prosecuted her without letting her defend herself instead of closing the case, and she denied her the right to testify and testify," these same sources criticized.
