The government denies arms contracts with Israel and claims the Tel Aviv office is "inoperative."

The Minister for the European Union and Foreign Affairs, Jaume Duch, denied this Monday in an interview on Radio 4 that the Catalan government has arms contracts with Israel. He also emphasized that the foreign affairs office in Tel Aviv is "practically inoperative," although it has not been formally closed.
