The Constitutional Court dismisses the last unconstitutionality appeal against the amnesty law

The plenary of the Constitutional Court has today dismissed the unconstitutionality appeal by the Junta de Extremadura against the amnesty law. With this resolution, the body resolves the last of the sixteen appeals and the six unconstitutionality questions raised.
