The Commons want to launch a working group on the Provincial Council's discretionary grants in the wake of the ARA investigation.

Following the ARA investigation that reveals that the discretionary subsidies of the Barcelona Provincial Council 40% are concentrated in Anoia and Alt Penedès, the Commons spokesman in Parliament, David Cid, has confirmed that he will "launch the creation of a working group" to closely monitor it.
