The Assembly warns the pro-independence parties that they will not govern the institutions again with the practice of autonomy.

The president of the ANC, Lluís Llach, has denounced the political strategy of the pro-independence parties: "The practice of autonomy will never lead them to dominate the institutions of this country because it whitewashes the Spanish government, giving it the opportunity to destroy the Catalan national structure."
