Robles reiterates his commitment to reaching 2% defense spending this year

Defense Minister Margarita Robles reiterates the Spanish government's goal of increasing state defense spending to 2% of GDP this year. She explained this in an appearance in the Senate, the very week NATO agreed that allies would invest 5%.
