Parliament will defend MP Balsera before the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) against criticism from a judge.

The Parliament's bureau has granted protection to ERC deputy spokesperson Ana Balsera in response to a complaint filed against her by a gender-based violence judge before the General Council of the Judiciary for having echoed victims' complaints about her treatment of them.
